Originally established in 1983 as The Retail Systems Group, we became an industry leader by 1988 with our Open Platform POS software, focused on reducing costs, enhancing customer experience, and speeding up transaction times. In 1990, CARDWATCH™ was launched as a real-time Spending Management solution, first used at the University of Toronto, a client we still serve today.
